No7 streamlines beauty product development with Bamboo Rose’s digital platform
14 Apr 2022 --- With the need for digital solutions for product development efficiency within the digital economy, UK-based No7 Beauty Company is leveraging Bamboo Rose’s expertise in simplifying the global supply chain via its Multi-Enterprise Platform (MEP). This will entail simplifying and streamlining the product development process to ensure consumer satisfaction.
Additionally, the MEP will enable No7 Beauty Company products to reach the market quicker and support its corporate social responsibility initiatives (CSR) by making its supply chains transparent and traceable.
Digitization of the product lifecycle management
Bamboo Rose’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), a single platform, allows for No7 Beauty Company to achieve simplified communication across teams internally and with partners externally. This is due to the digitization of product lifecycle management and other traditional processes.
The solution is also designed to improve data integrity, the company states.
“We are excited to partner with Bamboo Rose, who will play a key role in digitizing and simplifying our end-to-end product management process through seamless digital communication,” remarks Stefan Pacel, director of transformation at No7 Beauty Company.
Furthermore, digitalization of the product lifecycle also enables No7 Beauty Company to address consumers more effectively.
“PLM standardizes operations across all their brands which improved sales, reduced cycle times by 22% and streamlined collaboration across internal and external business partners,” shares Bamboo Rose.
PLM reportedly reduces cycle time with fewer manual tasks by up to 20-50% and reduces the sampling costs.
Traceable supply chains
Digitalization of the product lifecycle also allows the brand to meet consumer trends and demands more closely and transparently share product claims and further transparency so products can be traced throughout the supply chain.
The traceability of the supply chain also supports environmental, social, and governance standards (SEG) and CSR programs, says Bamboo Rose.
This approach to product development and management helps No7 also to bring consumer-led products to the market faster and at a lower cost, continues the company.
“No7 Beauty Company’s purpose of creating the best in beauty for everyone aligns with Bamboo Rose’s mission to empower retailers and brands to bring high-quality products to market that align with consumers’ ever-changing expectations,” says Brian Marsden, chief strategy officer at Bamboo Rose.
No7 Beauty Company toward product enhancement
No7 Beauty Company has gained popularity among US consumers, as a study finds that its day cream product offered better hydration.
Perfect Corp., an artificial intelligence and augmented reality beauty and fashion tech solutions provider, previously partnered with the No7 Beauty Company to introduce its first virtual try-on foundation matching solution – to match foundation to skin tone using big data techniques amid a digital transformation in the beauty space.
